Homemade Thomas Birthday Cake
I baked 2 cakes and put them together to build the little hill for this Thomas Birthday Cake. I also made some cupcakes to go with it. I used fondant to cover the whole cake and sprayed some green food colouring on it. I used brown fondant for the rail and the entrance of the cave.
I put some final touches on the hill, rails and the cave (just like doing a painting! It was fun to do!). I couldn't mix red fondant as you can only find very little cake making things in Hong Kong, I hand painted all the red cupcakes!
My friend's son James loves his cake plus, he got a train to play with.
