I started decorating cakes for my family and friends to give as gifts just recently (August 2008) and I can’t stop baking since then. This Thomas the tank engine cake is for my hubby’s nephew, Jeremiah. I baked a huge Jackfruit flavored sugar cookie and piped Thomas the Train using home-made MM sugar icing Home made MM Fondant Letters, & sprinkles to make this cake a little more exciting.

But I first iced the whole cake using my secret home-made Hazelnut Butter Creme recipe. (with James’ face) by accident; my 3 year old son told me that I was not making “Thomas shape, that’s James!” So then I had to modify it and start making it look more like T.T.T.) It still fooled all the parents but definitely not Ayden Matthew the Thomas Freak.
