Homemade Thomas the Train Cake

I made this Thomas the train cake for my friend's son for his 4th birthday because he loves Thomas. I used the Thomas train cake pan and horseshoe cake pan to make this cake.

I placed the train in between the horseshoe to make it look more like a theme cake. Then I used leaf green buttercream icing to cover the entire horseshoe and a darker green for the grass. Also used sugar candies in different colours for the flowers.

Then for the body of the train I used royal blue, no taste red, lemon yellow and brown icing and black, gray and white icing for it's face. I used M&M chocolates and lollipops to decorate the top of the train. Finally, used whip cream to create the smoke effect.
