My son Carl Thomas just turned 5! (August 9, 2010). Actually, last year his theme on his 4th birthday was also Thomas. Well, obviously he’s a certified big, big fan of Thomas & Friends.
The Thomas the Train Cake Design was made of chocolate cake covered with fondant, rails are made of chocolate bars but the face and the Thomas & Friends topper, I got it from my son’s old toy. For the cupcakes, it was very easy to do but making the train cake, it is not an easy task, it took me more than 5 hours to finish it.
It was a very challenging and tiring job for me but, it was worth, my son and his younger brother Kurt Chester loved it!
