Homemade Tink Cake
I made a Tink Cake for my cousins birthday. I made a 2 tier cake. First I baked them in 2 different sized circle pans and stacked them on top one another. Then took the larger layer and put some dowels in it with a cake circle on top.
After that I layered the top tier. To decorate I bought Wilton white rolled fondant and colored it with the pink and green gel. Then layered it on top. To cover the edges I rolled the fondant into balls. For the flowers and the large one on top I also colored the white fondant and cut the flowers out with a gumpaste cutter. Topped the cake with a store bought Tink candle.
All the girls loved it!
