Coolest Tinkerbell Cake

This Tinkerbell cake was a fun cake just for my daughter’s birthday party for our family. Did it on a whim by baking up some cupcakes and some mounds in the Wilton’s doll cake pan. Originally I was going to do some fairies in the doll “dresses” but when I was leveling off the cakes I busted some and it wasn’t working out so this is my plan ‘B’.

I just got a pan covered it in Tin foil and made some cream cheese icing. I colored all the icing into different colors and went to town piping away and decorating until I came up with this. It didn’t take very long at all and she was so impressed that this whole thing was hers to eat.

The biggest deal is the singing of course at this age. I used her fairies I got from the Disney Store and in one of the ‘mushrooms’ I used a play ring in the shape of the flower. It was just a fun whimsical cake!

I think for the red I used a squeeze tube of red pre-made icing I had kickin’ around. You can find that icing anywhere.
