Homemade Tinkerbell Doll Cake Idea

I stole this Tinkerbell Doll Cake Idea from different Tinkerbell cakes already submitted on this site. My daughter wanted a Tinkerbell party for her 4th birthday. I love to attempt to be creative, so I started researching right away.

I just used 2 boxed cake mixes and baked them in a Wilton Wonder Mold pan. I bought (I think) 3 cans of frosting. I accidentally bought extra creamy frosting which was really hard to work with. I would not recommend it. The frosting was really really soft and almost came out as melty. I used a star tip for the leaf part on the skirt. I wrapped Tinkerbell's legs in saran wrap before I put her in the cake.

My daughter really loved it!
