Homemade Topsy Turvy Cake
I watched a Youtube video on how to make a Topsy Turvy cake before I even started this challenge. I made 6 cakes (two cakes for each layer). I iced the cakes and put them in the refrigerator overnight. I covered each layer in fondant and decorated each layer.
I put wooden dowels in each layer and positioned each layer opposite of the other layer. I then put a wooden dowel through the center of all three cakes to hold them together. This was a very difficult cake. I would recommend the video first for anyone.
