Homemade Toy Story 2nd Birthday Cannoli Cake
For my son's 2nd birthday the theme was Toy Story so I made a homemade Toy Story 2nd birthday cannoli cake. I used 2 yellow rectangle cakes and put cannoli filling in between the cakes, then I created chocolate fondant and rolled over the top.
I used a chocolate cake for the bed I created with a loaf pan, I then used a cutter in the shape of stars to press onto the bed part, I also created a very small chocolate cake and made it a pillow, then covered with green fondant to place on top of the bed.
I used Toy Story figurines to put on top of the cake, the party is tomorrow and I just finished, cant wait to have some!!
