Homemade Toy Story Cake

My 2 year old loves Toy Story so I decided to make a theme cake for him.

The frame is made out of gingerbread. Inside the bed is a spongecake with strawberry and banana filling. The cover is made out of marzipan.
I made the marzipan from scratch, adding the coulors that I needed.

He loved his Toy Story cake!

I need to make a Toy Story cake, using a bed also. But my client wants lifted off the floor so Woody and others could be show coming out from under the bed after Andy leaves the room. Got any ideas?
