Coolest Train Cake

I made this train cake for my son’s 4th birthday. He just loves trains and enjoyed this cake heaps.

It was a very easy cake to make as it was made only from two loaf tins. One of these was cut into 4’s for the carriages, the other was cut and “glued ” together for the engine.

It was decorated with lollies and coloured sugar.

Only thing was my icing wasn’t as bright as I would have liked, have since bought powered food colouring, much better than the liquid.
