Train Cake
I made the train engine out of white cake mix, 2 of the cars with chocolate and 2 with strawberry. I used buttercreme icing on all.
The logs in the 1st car are cookies, the coal in the second car is crushed Oreo cookies and the rocks are jelly bean rocks.
I had more fun making this train cake than any other cake I've done
