Logan's Birthday Train Cake

I made Logan’s birthday train cake after viewing cakes from your site. The engine is a loaf pan and then a cut piece of cake on top of that and two Twinkies side by side also.

Marshmallows and popcorn are used for smoke as well as billows of frosting for smoke around the train engine wheels.

First car has alphabet cookies with LOGAN outlined on the letters (loaf pan). Second car has choo choo (loaf pan with piece cut off used on the engine). Third car has animal crackers (odd shaped pan I happened to have on hand). Oreo’s and M & M’s were the wheels. I used red licorice to connect the cars which I added when cake was ready to be set up. Also added red licorice for train tracks.
