Turkey Cake
One of my friend's commissioned me to make this turkey cake for her family's Thanksgiving dinner. The cake was then driven to the final destination 4 hours away, so I had to make sure it would be intact and look the same when it arrived.
The drumsticks were made from rice krispies treat, as per my friend's request (for her small nieces' benefits). I used gum pasted to create the olive leaves and cranberries around the turkey. Buttercream icing to glaze the turkey.
