This is my first time doing this Barbie doll cake and I think it looks great! Thanks to this website which provide lots of tips. This cake is for my daughter who was born on the 14 Feb. And she just loved it!
The doll is pretty tall, so there are 3 layers of butter cake. The first layer is baked using the Pyrex mixing bowl. The other 2 layers using normal round tins. In between the cakes I layed them with whipped cream with mixed fruits. I decorated the whole cake with whipped cream.
Well, not easy to bake the cake, but is worth all the effort and energy. Most importantly my girl and her cousins just loved it!
This is lovely,going to make one for my little niece.
