Homemade Luau Waterfall Birthday Cake

This Waterfall Birthday Cake was for my daughter's first birthday. It was made of 2 layers and had a waterfall made of piping gel and Wilton colorings in teal and sky blue.

Everything on the cake is edible except for the small doll and leaves on the palms (which were purchased at a local party store).

The rocks and coconuts are made of a variety of colors of fondant. The grass is Wilton icing, piped by hand. The palm trunks and around the base of the cake are Pepridge Farm, Pirquettes... in mint chocolate and french vanilla.
