Homemade Wedding Cake
Well let me just say this is the first wedding cake and the last wedding cake for me. I'm not the wedding cake type I guess. Luckily this was made for a friend an it was free of charge.
I made 2 double layer cakes, 8" 10" and 12". Iced them with buttercream. They are rather plain but all that icing isn't for me (I am not the greatest smoother. I used pre~made sugar flowers and arranged them on the tops. I draped some sheer fabric around the bottom of the cake stand as it was foam. A Wilton stand and I do not recommend this stand as it is flimsy.
