Coolest Winnie the Pooh Cake
My friend said she had been deprived of a Winnie the pooh themed party in her childhood so I decided to make her a Coolest Winnie the Pooh Cake.
I made a plain round butter cake. I cut out a paper template of pooh's face using a picture off the internet and placed it on the cake. I cut around the template to get the basic shape. I then covered the whole cake in yellow butter icing.
recipe: 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups icing sugar.
I added chocolate to some of the icing and used it for the eyes, nose, mouth and to outline everything.
From the left over bits of cake, that I had cut out, I made a bee. I used white icing for the wings and yellow and black icing for the body.
