Homemade Wizard Of Oz Cake

For my niece's 4th birthday she wanted a Wizard of Oz cake. I just made a Spiderman cake for her brother so I thought I'd give this one a shot.

I used the marshmallow fondant and made the tornado and witches hat with it as well. This picture actually isn't the finished product, I added some clouds around the two bases just to finish it off.

Also I wrote on the back of the base " Somewhere Over The Rainbow". Cassi loved it!
