Decadent Chocolate

This is my 3rd fondant cake. It was for my husband's birthday, he loves chocolate so I thought this would be perfect. It is a 8", 6" and 4" tiers. The bottom tier is chocolate marshmallow fondant, the middle is marbalized chocolate and white fondant and the top is white. I bought a huge chocolate bar and melted pieces with shortening and spread it on the back of a cookie sheet to let dry. I then shaved chocolate curls out of it. I also stood the chocolate bar on end and used a vegetable peeler to peel curls. I had to invite neighbors to come help eat the cake...LOL! Normally I wouldn't make him a huge cake like this but I couldn't help myself...it's so much fun!
