Dinosuar Cake

by Christina E.
(Grand Island, NE)

This is a cake I made for my son's 3rd birthday! He requested a green dinosaur cake, so that was my goal! I borrowed a cake pan & used 1 box of Pillsbury Confetti cake mix & baked according to box, you may have to adjust your bake time depending on size of pan. I then used Wilton's tubed frosting in black to outline the cake & do the face, then star-tipped the rest of the cake. The belly was done in leaf green, scales in yellow & the rest of the body in a darker green. I was really happy with how the cake turned out! My son loved it and so did all our guests! It was fun to do & really easy!
