Dora Cake

I made this Dora cake for my stepdaughter's birthday. It was a last minute decision to have a little party for her and she loves Dora so I figured I would try my best at making her a Dora Cake.

I had a bunny pan from an after easter sale I got at the grocery store and I cut off the bottom bump for the bunny's mouth.

I used food coloring to tint the icing for her face and got an idea to use melted chocolate chips for the hair from this website I think. I followed a picture of Dora that my parents bought my little girl when she was born. Oh, and I used a piece of Laffy Taffy for her mouth.

It came out pretty good for a beginner and my stepdaughter knew right away that it was Dora so that's all that matters!
