Elmo Cake
My son was turning 2 and loves Elmo. I have never made a decorative cake before so I was nervous about making this Elmo cake!
My red frosting didn't turn out as red as I would have liked. I used a whole bottle of red red Wilton's dye but it just didn't turn out for some reason. I was pretty happy with the out come considering it was my first try and I made it the night before at about 1:30am.
