I decorated this fishing cake for my brother's 23rd birthday. The cake itself is a red velvet (but the inside was blue instead of red) with a cream cheese icing. All of the design on the cake was hand drawn with the same icing and the fish are just little red gummy candies. The sky was sprayed on with some color spray that came from the grocery store.
