This was a gift box cake I made for my friend’s 25th birthday. The cake was red velvet with a cream cheese frosting, which I colored with brown icing color to look like chocolate. The bow, ribbons, polka dots, and name tag are all made out of fondant, which I also colored with icing color.
The cake turned out really well and no one wanted to eat it because it was so cute. They did eat it however, and raved about the taste.
