Giraffe Cake

My daughter wanted a giraffe cake for her birthday, so I went with a safari theme. A giraffe and lion was made. The giraffe cake was a french vanilla cake with butterscotch chips. The frosting was store bought and colored.

The picture of the giraffe was done freehand by my husband and then I piped the entire giraffe with flower piping.

Tip: Decorating cakes I find to be easier if they have been frozen.
