This is my sons 7th birthday cake! Gormiti! Its a layer of vanilla sponge cake topped with vanilla patisserie cream and a layer of chocolate sponge cake topped with whipped chocolate ganache. The sides didn't come out too great so I wrapped the entire cake with a green ribbon. I actually wanted to wrap the sides with fondant flames but that wasn't working too well for me:( The flames on the corners and the lettering are fondant and the characters and "forest refuge" are actual toys.
