This cake I made using the 5 and the 0 cake pan molds, and trimmed to resemble a perfect five and 0. I made and chocolate MM Fondant (for the first time!). I piped the vine decorations out of chocolate ganache (I covered the caramel chocolate cake in ganache before applying the fondant). I made the flowers weeks in advance with gumpaste.
