Italian Theme Cake

Wine, Cheese & Grapes Mini-Cake
I made this mini cake for my mother-in-law's 77th Birthday. It is a white chocolate cake with pudding between the two tiers. I used a vanilla cake mix and added white choclate chips and white chocolate pudding to the mix. I frosted it with Wilton's ready made white frosting tinted with cocoa to make it tan. I sprayed it with Wiltons lavender food color spray and decorated with jelly beans and candles shaped like wine, grapes, cheese and a bread basket. She really loved this cake!! This is one of Five cakes I made for a quadruple birthday party and the first time I've ever made my own rather than purchase..I had a lot of fun!
