Luau Cake

I made this 3 tier cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. I made all of the cakes from scratch - yellow with regular buttercream on bottom, chocolate chocolate chip with chocolate buttercream in the middle, and strawberry with strawberry buttercream on top.
I covered each layer with marshmallow fondant in various colors, and cut out all of the decorations from fondant as well. I made the various seashells out of chocolate molds. For the top layer, I used this piping gel stuff that I will not use again - far too sloppy and thin, I should have just made an extra batch of buttercream and tinted it to the appropriate colors. The "sand" on bottom is just brown sugar.
