Homemade Mardi Gras Fund Raiser Cake

This Homemade Mardi Gras Fund Raiser Cake is a completely edible cake. The masks are made from a candy mold. The beads are Sixlet candies. A heated needle was used to pierce holes into the candies so that they could then be strung into mardi gras necklaces.

The jester hat is made of rolled fondant. This cake was made for Special Pops Tennis, a non profit organization that teaches individuals with intellectual disability how to play tennis.
