Minnie Mouse

I made a Shrek cake for my sons 3rd birthday party in February and it turned out ok so when it came time for my nieces 3rd birthday I thought I would try and tackle a Minnie Mouse 3d cake using the same pan as I mad the Shrek out of "Wilton Cuddly 3d Bear Cake Pan". I baked the cake as usual and I took off the ears and the legs and repositioned one of the arms. I used half donuts for the ears and used toothpicks to hold them on and I used 3 fruit roll ups rolled together for each leg. Then I used buttercream icing.

The cake turned out a little better than I had expected, everyone loved it and my Niece did as well.
