Monster Truck Cake
I made this Monster Truck cake for my son's 4th birthday and it was very easy to make. He loved it and got to keep the truck and cars to play with. This cake is in an 11x15 inch pan.
I frosted it with white butter cream, used a fork to make the frosting stick up to look like grass and sprayed it with green spray coloring. The ramp is a pop tart covered with brown frosting with extra cake crumbs under it to support it.
The road is frosted with brown frosting and then covered with crushed graham cracker crumbs. The road is then covered with chocolate candy that look like real rocks that I found at a specialty candy store. Any young boy would love to have this cake for his birthday!
