NASCAR Birthday Racetrack Cake

by Pamela
(Albuquerque N.M.)

I made this cake for my son's 8th birthday. He was so excited to have a racetrack cake. I started out with baking one square cake and one round. I cut the round cake in half and placed it on each sides of the square. I then covered the cake with white fluffy frosting and then I covered the whole sides with m&ms. I used crushed oreo's for the race car track on top and filled in the road with more m&ms and then I spelled David's name on top. Then I finished it off with Nascar cars and checkered flags.
