This Cake was a hit at my son's 2nd birthday party!
I started by stacking about four 9" round cakes, each with icing in between, and then with a cake the shape of a half circle which I baked in a medium size bowl on top. I also baked two large and two small bread pans of cake to cut out and form the top of Patrick's head, and legs. Once stacked and cut to shape, I froze it for a few hours and then iced it. Oh, and for the eyes I used marshmellows coated in white frosting and stuck in place with toothpicks.
It really wasn't as time consuming as some of my other cakes (Tow-Mater and SpongeBob are my others listed here), but was definately worth the effort!
