"my little pony" starcatcher cake
I made this for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. I used white cake mix w/ blue food color gel to make the inside blue. I used canned white icing and red food coloring to make the pink icing. I printed a picture of a "My Little Pony" and blew it up to the size I wanted then I cut it out. I rolled out some Wilton's fondant and put the picture on top then cut it out w/ an exact-o knife. I made some of the fondant blue and pink for the hair and I piped the eye and other details w/ chocolate icing. Then I added the border and some of the hair w/ white icing. It was pretty easy and my daughter LOVED it!
