Pregnant Lady

I made a sheet cake and iced it, then used 1/2 of an egg pan for the belly and the small molds of doll cakes for the breast of the pregnant lady cake.

I iced the pregnant belly and put fondant in the desired color of dress on it. I added pearls to dress it up. For added appeal, I have been writing nursery rhymes on the sides of the sheet cake. I make the shapes of the animals mentioned in the rhyme instead of spelling them out. It has been a hit among my cake buyers.
