Sofa Cake
This cake is perfect for that lazy person!
I made this cake in a large baking tray which i then cut up.
First you need two pieces the same size to make the seat so you can have a layer of jam and icing between.
Then you need a back that comes about an inch above the seat. This can be tricky to stick on but as long as your generous with the icing it will be no problem!
Afterward you cut two small pieces to act as arms and if you want two squares for cushions!
