I had always wanted a Spider-Man birthday cake but my mom isn't very good at baking, so I decided for me 21st birthday I would bake one myself. I used dye to make the icing black and red, and because I've always had a hard time with icing bags I used my cookie press instead, which was pretty easy. I used the Betty Crocker bake and fill pan, red velvet cake, and cream cheese icing. I started with covering the whole thing in black icing, then put icing on the top, black for the lines, and white around the edges to make it look like webbing. Then to top it off I got black candles to put around the edge. Sorry the picture is a little blurry!
