Thomas the Train Cake

This is the cake I made for my daughter's second birthday. I got all the inspiration from this website so thanks to everyone who submitted their cake pictures!

I used a regular loaf pan and cut the cake in half to make two cars. I also used honey to hold down the tracks (puffed rice cereal wafer cookies and licorice) and grass (coconut). It took a while to assemble but it was worth it because it was a big hit!
