Train Cake

My son wanted a train cake for his fourth birthday and after looking everywhere I decide to just bake a rectangular shape cake and cut it in shapes that can be put together in the form of a train. It results in a success.

Just cut from the bottom part: the main engine and the cart, from the upper side: cut the top of the engine (rectangular shape)and the front in a triangular form and the chimney in another triangular shape.

Use some cookies to form the wheels and cover some small pieces of cake with white frosting and coconut flakes to form the vapor clouds. It is so easy, don't be afraid. Enjoy.
