I made a butter cake and added a strong neon yellow to the mix. The cake itself is a very bright yellow!
I then made buttercream frosting in strong neon blue(icing), yellow(border,) green(leaves), pink(flowers), white(writing).
The border is a reverse shell using a star tip. There are polka dots on the outer edges for more color. I made some music pieces in various colors of chocolate (music notes, piano, ipod, and stars) to decorate.
