This is a cake for my friend’s daughter’s 1st birthday. She sent me a lot of photos of cakes she liked. Then I came up with what I thought I could do best. First I’d did the toppers, Winnie the Pooh was my first. My husband did not like the one I did first, so I did it over. As I did each one it went faster and better.
Next I made the two cakes, one vanilla with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The top one was chocolate cinnamon . Then I frosted it to look the fondant, out of butter cream. I then put the characters on top and felt it needed something more. I then did balloons with the number 1, and Disney’s .
