My sister Jeannie wanted something special for her belated birthday party since she was in the hospital for her 40th birthday. I started by making a 6 inch layer of red velvet and a layer of cherry chip and then a 10 inch layer of red velvet and a layer of cherry chip and filled both tiers with chocolate fudge butter cream frosting. I present the layers on a silver plate to make it look even more elegant.
I then iced both the 6 inch and 10 inch layers with white butter cream frosting. I purchased two Scrolls Sugar Sheets Edible Decorating Paper for the 10 inch layer and 1 Damask Sugar Sheets Edible Decorating Paper for the 6 inch layer and put them over the frosted layers. I did a reverse shell design to hide the top edges. I also purchased a Princess Tiara and Wand Set and two strands of matching colored beads. I used a red decorating gel to make the red stones in the tiara. A quote from my Aunt Brenda “It was delicious & looked beautiful!”
