I was wanting to have a custom cake that fit the theme that actually tasted good, without spending a fortune. So, the baking God’s were on my side. I had never attempted anything like this before and I just went with it!! I used my Mom’s Hershey cake recipe. She made us a Hershey cake almost every Birthday as kids. So, I want to do the same. Plus, it is the best chocolate cake ever!! I used my Son’s Car’s figures and crumbled up graham crackers for the dirt. I also never had done 2 tiers. I gave it a go and as to my surprise it turned out great!
