My boyfriend loves his rock crawler. I wanted to do something special for his birthday, since I cant figure out what part he needs I just decided to make a cake that would blow his mind.
I Googled cool birthday cakes for inspiration. This website had the best pictures of cakes and it’s where I got the idea. I used 6 round cakes and the bottom half of a giant cupcake cake pan and covered them with fondant then I used rice crispy treats for the truck body. I used donuts for the tires. Made my own marshmallow fondant.
I had a lot of fun doing this but it was a lot more work than what I expected.
