Cookest Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cake

This Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cake was made for my son’s 2nd birthday. The base of the cake is 2 9×13 stacked on top of one another. The bottom of the clubhouse is half a ball pan- which you can do in a Pyrex bowl as well.

I made the foot out of rice krispie squares and a slice of brownie. The Mickey head and ears are Styrofoam balls spray painted black and the slide is tygon tubing covered in fondant.

I iced most the cake with green icing and used fondant as accents- as my kids don’t love the taste of fondant. To get the grass look I used Wilton’s “grass” tip- it was actually really easy.
