I made this minion cake by very special request.
My son believes that his mom can do anything and everything. So what was his request for his 9th birthday? A minion cake. Not just any minion cake. He wanted a rainbow inside. So, I got to searching and practicing because let’s face it… I’m no professional.
Once I had a good idea of the process, I went for it. I had no back up plan if it didn’t work out because I was determined. This was the end result.
Good thing I have a year before I am presented with another challenge from him.
