This Bakugan Birthday Cake is quite easy! I ordered an edible image of the Bakugan logo, trimmed it with scissors, and adhered it to rolled fondant with clear vanilla extract. Using a clean xacto knife I cut the fondant into a starburst shape. I brushed clear vanilla extract on the white fondant and sprinkled with clear cake sparkles. I allowed the fondant starburst with logo to dry for almost a week.
The cake is just a two layer round cake, simply iced with red icing to match the logo. I piped birthday greetings on the side of the cake, and then laid the dried fondant piece on top, adhere with a thin layer of buttercream.
