This BMW Emblem birthday cake was one of my first made outside my family. It is 4 rounds, 2 white and 2 chocolate covered in homemade butter creme frosting. The cake is covered with half homemade marshmallow fondant and half store bought. I enjoyed making this cake because I have never made cakes for outside my family so it was a stressful pleasured experience.
The customer was overthrowing the cake and I couldn’t of been more proud of myself. I hope to continue with this because I am a self taught cake artist and I believe that this is what I am meant to do. I have been doing this for 14 years. Seems long to have only made one for an outsider but I always lacked confidence in my work and shied away from doing what I love most.
